How do I say it all?

It's really amazing how so much can change in so little time and what you can get from it. It's been a pretty interesting semester and life is constantly full of twists and turns. Where to start?

Well first, I dyed my hair! I like it lots, but it is super red right now. But it'll fade (hopefully) and I'll eventually go back to my natural hair color and that'll be the end. And I will have long hair!! I can't wait to have it back. Then I can whip it back and forth ha.
*I think those nerdy glasses suit me. Honestly I like wearing them. But the lighting makes my hair look darker than what it is.*

Next off, finals are coming up and then I'll be moving back home to good ol' O-town. That'll be exciting. I'm excited to see my friends again and to hang out with them. Too bad that all the guys will be gone for their missions. But some are slowly coming back! Two years has passed by sooo fast! And so much changes within those two years eh? Crazy crazy....But it's really a small world when it comes to the church-world. For example, my friend Elder Carter just got to Torreon, Mexico. So before he left I told him to find my friend Elder Alexander there; I also told Elder Alexander the same thing (vice-versa) and so I was hoping they'd meet sometime. Well...right when Elder Carter got there, they had this giant transfer meeting get-together thing and guess who he sees?! Elder Alexander! And they both told me about it and it was pretty exciting!! I think there was like...80-something missionaries in that area, too! *Elder Alexander is on the left, Elder Carter on the right!*

Also, my friend TJ left for Texas again!! I will miss that kid, it was fun hanging out with him. I met him through Michael and Ammon, and we all just had a fun time all together! He was taking online classes though, and since he could finish them up online, he agreed with his mom to go back home and finish there, as well as get a job. So he left a few days ago! Michael and Ammon will see him again over the summer; as for me, not quite so!! It was a fun time!

Oh speaking of TJ, he took me to go see the movie Insidious the day it came out. Oh. my. gosh. The movie was made very well, I think, but the storyline and everything of it is just way too freaky for me. I mean, it's not like it gave me nightmares or anything, but it's still a freaking scary movie and I don't know why I gave in and decided to go see it. Maybe it's because I didn't have to pay and I hadn't been to the theater in such a long time. Whatever it was, it was a bittersweet movie. Definitely waaay more on the bitter side haha!

Hare Krishna!!! WOW!! Festival of Colors was amazing! And so much fun! So many people there too. And I saw Allison Boyer and everyone else she was with there; who would've thought something like that would happen? It was a very interesting experience, especially hearing the things the religion believes in. And the burning of the witch was interesting too. A handful of people came as they were high or drunk. Dumb. Can't they have fun just once being normal? Let's not ruin the fun for everyone....anyway, it was awesome, we taped my car up with a bunch of plastic bags so we wouldn't get my car colorful afterwards. It was a lot of fun and worth the time preparing my car and everything! We also made shirts that we thought were going to throw away after, but we actually ended up keeping them haha!

Well I think that about sums everything up! Man that took a while. But typing all this out and just thinking about what's happened this past semester it's been a good one! I will miss the people that I've met here, especially all those leaving on missions. Life has ups and downs and brings on unexpected things, but take them all in! Don't waste time being down on something. Lift yourself back up by thinking of all the great things in life! I guarantee you that you can think of at least three things that make life happy each day. Life's too short to be sad about it! As for me, I'm done. Over and out. This is the life of me!!!
