Day 11: Make sure this doesn't happen to you!

Day 11: A picture of something you hate
I guess I support the shirt's saying ha
I hate when I see people's tags sticking out of their shirts; that, or if their hood is inside out, or if their sleeve is like rolled up once by accident. I just can't stand seeing someone's clothes not right!! And I just always have this urge to fix it. The worst is when I see some random complete stranger having their tag stick out and I just want to fix it for them sooo badly; but obviously I'm not going to do that. Ugh! I don't know what's in me that makes me annoyed by it all....hm...I used to think  it came from working at a clothes store, but I don't think that's it. And this definitely does not mean that my clothes always look perfect, I just can't see mine sometimes unless I look in a mirror. Anyway, I think I'm done venting about this for now.

Good night for now, world~ This is the life of me.

Day 10: It's enough to make you go crazy!

Day 10: A picture of the person you do the most messed up things with
I love my Shella!!
Ok so, I know I've been slacking on my 30 Day Picture Challenge, but finals and moving  back home made things hectic! And saying goodbye to people!!

Anyway, so I don't do messed up things. There's a reason why they're called that. But I do a lot of things with Shel and I figured that was close enough. (This is a really old picture by the way; from a dance party like a year and a half ago) I love doing stuff with her! It's always a fun time and I guess we do crazy things? not really though. We've done a ton of stuff together and yet we still always find something new and exciting to do. She's one of my longest friends and I'm so glad we have been friends for this long! But really, we have done a ton of stuff together...feels like it at least ha!

Crazy past couple of weeks! But that's all in the life of me! Much love everyone.

Day 9: amor los padres

Day 9: A picture of someone who has gotten you through the most
In this case, it's two people
I love them so much~ <3

Wow...where to even start...my parents have always been there for me, no matter what has happened. They have been there when I've been at the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. They know what to tell me all the time, and they support me in all that I do so much. I just love my parents. They really are the best, and I wouldn't have any other parents to raise me like they have. They have always put my sister and I as top priority. They have always been there to check up on us. My father has been there to give me blessings when I need it. My mother has been there to be a listening ear to all the random stuff I have to say. I don't know what life would be like if my parents weren't there for me. I thank them for all they've done and I love them so much.

Everyone should take the time to talk to their parents and just thank them for all they've done, whether it be great or small. They deserve it. And remember, they are the reason why you're alive right now anyway.

The life of me.

Day 8: Say whaaaat??

Day 8: A picture that makes you laugh

I'm sad I couldn't get this picture before Katie took her part down. But this is our quote wall from this and the past semester. Need I say more? And this is perfect timing because we are all moving out this week. :( But! it's been quite an eventful first year of college; first year away from home. We 6 girls have had an enjoyable time getting to know each other and learning how to live on our own, but to have fun as well! It's been a wonderful time, and this quote wall reminds us of all the fun times we've had. The times we've laughed are the best, and so looking at this quote wall makes me think of all the inside jokes we've had and more. It's been a great year, and I'm going to miss living so close to campus and being able to roll out of bed and head to class and still be on time. :(

It's been a great year. This picture makes me laugh so much though. This has been the life of me for the past year!!!

P.S. I had to get creative so I photoshopped the three pictures together and then just started adding random things, like highlighting our names and showing where Katie's spot is.<3

Day 7: Music Saves My Soul

Day 7: A picture of your most treasured item

Ok so technically this item isn't mine because my parents obviously bought the piano, but it's an item that I use the most. I love our grand piano at our house, and I don't think I miss anything more than it at our house as I'm away at college. I literally could play it for hours and hours each day, I never get tired playing the piano. The reason why I treasure this piano so much is because it has been my way of letting out my emotions; whether I be happy, sad, angry, stressed, or anything, it lets me play away and get rid of whatever I want to forget. Music really does save my soul, and the main source of that aspect is this piano. I like to call it my piano since I play it all the time. I can't wait to move back home and play it all the time. Sure, without this piano I could live and all, but I've played the piano all my life and to think of a life without my own piano to play....I would literally be so depressed. And so, this is why my piano is the most treasured item I have; because it's a part of me. Always has and always will be. <3

Have a beautiful Sunday. 5 days until home....

Day 6: JIMMER!!!!

Day 6: A picture of someone who you would like to change places with for a day
Check out those arms

Ok, so I totally wouldn't mind being a man for a day if it meant I got to switch places with Jimmer Fredette for a day. I really would like to see what this guy's life is like, being super amazing at basketball, having all this fame and popularity on you wherever you go, and just recently winning every single basketball award that you could possibly win when you're in his spot. Amazing. And seeing him play basketball myself.....wow. There's no way one can disagree he's good. Like, really good. You can hate on him, but you really can't say he's not good at basketball. Anyway, all this fame and everything seems to not really phase him or get him cocky or anything, so I really would like to know what he thinks of all this and how he is reacting to it all. If I didn't switch places with him, then I would definitely like to switch places with his girlfriend. She'd have a pretty interesting popularity going on right now, too. I would like to meet Jimmer one day...one day. Too bad he can't come on campus until he's graduated. :( JIMMER FTW!!

Have a lovely day everyone. I'm gonna study away for my calc final tonight :/ Over and out. (after a couple more pictures of Jimmer)

Day 5: Let the good times roll~

Day 5: A picture of your favorite memory
(It was a tie!!)

I really couldn't decide which one to use as my favorite memory. I know it had to be only one, but....since I'm using Blogger for this 30 day picture challenge thing, I figured I could just use both and just talk about both of them. Oh the great thing about Blogger is being able to just talk away as long as I want.

So the first picture is from doing Les Miserables at my high school senior year!! It was so much fun, and I loved being able to spend soooo much time with the same people about everyday. We really were like family at that time. I miss having the time to do activities like that, and doing something for other people. Performing arts was so much fun!! I love singing and doing theater. This is such a favorite memory, it was such a highlight of my life.

Ok, the next one is the first time I went wakeboarding!! I think this picture is from my first time....it was one of my first times, I do know that. Anyway, wow! Wakeboarding is so much fun; I can't believe I hadn't tried until just a few years ago. I wish my family had a boat so I could go all the time. It's way fun and it's super refreshing. Snowboarding seems to help a lot, too. Anyway, wakeboarding in general is super fun and I wish I could do it all the time. Love it.

Have a good night everyone!!

Day 4: Tonight's the night!

Day 4: A picture of your night/Your favorite thing to do at night

Ok, so the original challenge is to have a picture of your night. But I found on some random person's blog that instead of doing that, you would blog about your favorite thing to do at night. Well, I decided to put them together. Go me.

So first off, my night will consist of some more facebook-ing (or just leaving it on), and studying my brain away for my Calculus 2 exam that's scheduled for Saturday. Nerve-racking. :/ So there's that. It's a pretty mellow night I guess you could say.

My favorite thing to do at night? It's a tie. I love to just kick back in sweats and a comfy t-shirt and just read a book that pleases me. Anything that can keep me interested and make me want to keep reading. But I haven't done that in ages. The other thing I love to do at night is to talk to people. Text, call, messing, any form of communication works with me I guess. I just love talking late into the night and just talking about anything and everything. I find it hard to find people who will do that kind of talking though. :( But yes, there's that. It's past midnight but....I think it's fine to post this now. Better late than never I guess! There's the life of me for tonight! Peace.<3

Day 3: Your mom?

Day 3: A picture of the cast from your favorite show

Ok, so this show is just soooo hilarious!! My sister showed it to me, and it has never ceased to make me disappointed. Anyway, so the show How I Met Your Mother is...well....the story of how the main guy (Ted Mosby) meets his wife. You don't know who the mother is until the show will end, so it's kind of like Friends where it just shows the different things this group of friends do in their lives. It really is so funny and I love watching it a lot. I definitely recommend having everyone watch this haha!

Day 2: She's the one!!

Day 2: A picture of you and the person you have been closest with the longest

I'm glad we're college students and we still enjoy our time at Toads :)

Oh man oh man...I've known this girl for about 84.2% of my life...Yes I did just calculate that. Sara McCaskey has been my longest friend ever; and she was also my first. She and I have seen each other grow up since we were 3 and we've gone to school with each other from way back then too. She's now at Westminster and I'm here at BYU and I miss seeing her all the time oh so much!! She's a great influence on me too when it comes to school or work or anything of that sort. We've had some great times and I don't know what life would be like now if we never became friends...very different that's for sure. We've gone through many ups and downs in our friendship, but that's life right? Nothing is ever perfect in life. But yes, I could go on about Sara and tell you all about our crazy memories and awesome childhood lives but I'll end here. :)

Anyway, this is my shoutout to you my dear friend that I want you to always remember that I'm here for you no matter what and that I miss you soooo much! I can't wait to see you over the summer and to play pool Yahtzee ha! I love you much Sara!!!

And Day 2 of the life of me in this picture challenge can be checked off the list....

The 30 Day Picture Challenge....Day 1

I know this is supposed to be on Facebook so all the world can see, but I decided to do it through Blogger and then just share the posts I do onto Facebook. Maybe that'll motivate people to read my blog or just start using Blogger! I'm a great advertiser I know. Anyway, so here we are! My own 30 Day Picture Challenge...it's about time I tried doing one of these. I failed at 365 project so maybe 30 days will be better. If I can get to day 185, I can manage a month right? And each day I'll have something to do as a break while studying! And I can go as long as I want and you can't do anything about it. :)

Day 1: A picture of yourself with 15 facts...

1. Yunnie is not my real name. I'd give away my real name, but I'd rather not have some random creeper track me down.
2. I'm 100% South Korean. But I'm a naturalized Utahn (Logan and USU!)
3. I LOVE music. I know loads of people do, but words really cannot describe how much I love it and what it means to me.
4. I've got a very Asian side to me (apparently my new hair color is Asian-esque). I listen to Asian music all the time, I've grown up speaking Korean, I love watching Asian shows, etc etc.
5. I've played the piano for....13 years now I believe. And the violin for 8. And I like to sing.
6. I've skied for 15 years and snowboarded for 8, too. <3 Wakeboarding is super fun as well.
7. I've never been to the East coast besides Florida, but I do want to go someday
8. I only have one sister who is currently engaged and the marriage is in three weeks.
9. I've never broken a bone; I think I've been close before, but nothing too serious.
10. I love watching movies. Inception, The Lord of the Rings, Mean Girls, She's the Man, 17 Again, etc. Oh and Burlesque now!
11. I also love reading oh so so much. I can't wait for summer to have time to do this and #10 more often... and not stress about school.
12. I'm a Cougar at BYU!!! And I plan on majoring in physics-astronomy. Yeah yeah call me a nerd. Just wait til you see me on TV all rich and famous for discovering some new galaxy or something...
13. I play tennis and I swim. <3
14. I love the Washington/Oregon coast.
15. I love doing photography. Taking pictures of anything and everything is what I do.

Day 2 tomorrow!! I promise they won't be as long as this one....I hope.

How do I say it all?

It's really amazing how so much can change in so little time and what you can get from it. It's been a pretty interesting semester and life is constantly full of twists and turns. Where to start?

Well first, I dyed my hair! I like it lots, but it is super red right now. But it'll fade (hopefully) and I'll eventually go back to my natural hair color and that'll be the end. And I will have long hair!! I can't wait to have it back. Then I can whip it back and forth ha.
*I think those nerdy glasses suit me. Honestly I like wearing them. But the lighting makes my hair look darker than what it is.*

Next off, finals are coming up and then I'll be moving back home to good ol' O-town. That'll be exciting. I'm excited to see my friends again and to hang out with them. Too bad that all the guys will be gone for their missions. But some are slowly coming back! Two years has passed by sooo fast! And so much changes within those two years eh? Crazy crazy....But it's really a small world when it comes to the church-world. For example, my friend Elder Carter just got to Torreon, Mexico. So before he left I told him to find my friend Elder Alexander there; I also told Elder Alexander the same thing (vice-versa) and so I was hoping they'd meet sometime. Well...right when Elder Carter got there, they had this giant transfer meeting get-together thing and guess who he sees?! Elder Alexander! And they both told me about it and it was pretty exciting!! I think there was like...80-something missionaries in that area, too! *Elder Alexander is on the left, Elder Carter on the right!*

Also, my friend TJ left for Texas again!! I will miss that kid, it was fun hanging out with him. I met him through Michael and Ammon, and we all just had a fun time all together! He was taking online classes though, and since he could finish them up online, he agreed with his mom to go back home and finish there, as well as get a job. So he left a few days ago! Michael and Ammon will see him again over the summer; as for me, not quite so!! It was a fun time!

Oh speaking of TJ, he took me to go see the movie Insidious the day it came out. Oh. my. gosh. The movie was made very well, I think, but the storyline and everything of it is just way too freaky for me. I mean, it's not like it gave me nightmares or anything, but it's still a freaking scary movie and I don't know why I gave in and decided to go see it. Maybe it's because I didn't have to pay and I hadn't been to the theater in such a long time. Whatever it was, it was a bittersweet movie. Definitely waaay more on the bitter side haha!

Hare Krishna!!! WOW!! Festival of Colors was amazing! And so much fun! So many people there too. And I saw Allison Boyer and everyone else she was with there; who would've thought something like that would happen? It was a very interesting experience, especially hearing the things the religion believes in. And the burning of the witch was interesting too. A handful of people came as they were high or drunk. Dumb. Can't they have fun just once being normal? Let's not ruin the fun for everyone....anyway, it was awesome, we taped my car up with a bunch of plastic bags so we wouldn't get my car colorful afterwards. It was a lot of fun and worth the time preparing my car and everything! We also made shirts that we thought were going to throw away after, but we actually ended up keeping them haha!

Well I think that about sums everything up! Man that took a while. But typing all this out and just thinking about what's happened this past semester it's been a good one! I will miss the people that I've met here, especially all those leaving on missions. Life has ups and downs and brings on unexpected things, but take them all in! Don't waste time being down on something. Lift yourself back up by thinking of all the great things in life! I guarantee you that you can think of at least three things that make life happy each day. Life's too short to be sad about it! As for me, I'm done. Over and out. This is the life of me!!!
